■Function
It minimizes the damage to the radiator caused by pebbles from the front tires and the clogging of the radiator fins caused by airborne dust.
A fine mesh pattern in the center where wind-up tends to concentrate is a reliable guard.
Both sides are coarsely patterned for ventilation.

■Design
High-precision hexagonal (tortoise shell) mesh pattern is adopted by etching process.

■Yoshimura's unique hexagonal mesh pattern
YOSHIMURA's original mesh pattern increases the opening area by about 8% at both sides and about 18% at the center compared to the general hexagonal mesh pattern.
It provides excellent protection while ensuring a cooling effect.

■Quality
Made of stainless steel (SUS304) which is resistant to aging and rust.
The plate thickness is set at t=0.8mm to ensure durability despite its light weight.
Regular maintenance (cleaning) is recommended to keep them in good condition.

■Silver
Hairline processing" is a process in which a thin line the size of a hair is inserted in a single direction.
This gives the surface a matte effect and at the same time a beautiful finish with a characteristic dull metallic luster.

■Black Oxide
Black Oxide is the same process as Silver up to the hairline polishing, but the oxide film on the stainless steel surface is thicker than usual.
The oxidized film controlled in 0.1 microns is beautifully colored by the interference phenomenon of light, and the metallic texture is not lost, and the color is almost gunmetal with luster.
Since this film is integrated with the material, it does not peel off and is superior to non-colored stainless steel in terms of corrosion and weather resistance.
