Lug design provides better braking control. Heavy 6 ply rated nylon construction resists punctures and abrasions. Tires only, wheels are not included.

This engine cover has been redesigned from the ground up in response to strong requests from owners of the GSX-R1100/750 and other late model oil-cooled models.
The same sand casting process used at the time has been used to produce this model, retaining the atmosphere of that time, while a special coating has been applied to improve corrosion resistance.
In addition, it is designed to be able to use the stock knock pin which was not available in the YOSHIMURAengine cover which was sold before, so that the installation accuracy is improved.
